Fly to Tel Aviv today, arriving late the same day. You will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Explore the old district of Jaffa, with its prominent harbour and winding, cobbled alleyways. View the Roman ruins at Caesarea and travel to the Druze Villages on the slope of Mount Carmel. Explore its street bazaars and meet the local community before a delicious lunch. Continue to Mukhara and Mount Carmel to take in the magnificent views across the Holy Land. End the day on the shores of the Sea of Galilee.
Drive to Tabgha, the site of the miracle of the loaves and fishes. Travel to Capernaum to visit the Ancient Synagogue and the House of St Peter. Continue to the Mount of Beatitudes followed by a stop at the hilltop town of Safed.
Head to Kibbutz Degania B, Israel's first Kibbutz (an agricultural community) to learn about life here from one of its members, followed by a drive through the scenic Jordan Valley to Qasr El Yahud - the original site of Jesus' baptism. Continue to Jericho for your cable car journey (both ways) to the Quarantal Monastery on the Mount of Temptations. Round off the day with a trip to the Dead Sea to float in the mineral-rich waters before a night's stay at a nearby Kibbutz.
Journey to Masada for your cable car journey across the valley to Masada Fortress, the site of a famous battle between Jewish rebels and the mighty Roman Tenth Legion. Stop for lunch, then continue to Qumran to learn of the story of the fascinating Dead Sea Scrolls, a series of records that illustrated the life of the mysterious Essenes Jewish Sect. Continue to Bethlehem for a dinner and a Palestinian dancing show.
This morning visit the Church of Nativity in Bethlehem before proceeding to Mount Zion to visit the Cenacle (the room of the Last Supper), King David's Tomb and the Dormition Abbey. Then, drive to the Mount of Olives for spectacular views followed by a descent into Josaphat Valley to the Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of All Nations. End the day with a trip into West Jerusalem to see the Hebrew University, Parliament House and the Supreme Court.
Head to Dung Gate to visit Temple Mount, home of the magnificent Dome of the Rock and Al Aksa Mosque. Continue to the famous Western Wall, an iconic site in the Holy Land. Enter Jerusalem's Western Wall Tunnels to view the original stonework from King Herod the Great. Then, walk to the Stations of the Cross to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Round off your tour with an authentic Shabbat dinner experience, hosted and prepared by a local Rabbi.
Transfer to Ben Gurion Airport for your onward arrangements.
